It all boils down to location if it is near offices, schools. In my location. Piso wifi na ang labanan kasi you can access internet at the comfort of your own home. if u have a phone or laptop.

i think sa manila si na ganun ka patok sir.. pwede pa sya sa mga probinsya..wag ka lang tatabi sa mga naka piso wifi ..dami na din kasi business plan na internet na dinidistribute ni pldt eh kaya mas madali na access sa internet sa manila
