If you mean keep moving on despite the challenges of life? (Assuming this is what's going on)
We find the resolve to continue moving forward.
Your reason may be for yourself, for family, loved ones, etc. There will always be people out there who cares for you.
Never ever think you can not do it because you failed a lot of times. Heck everybody has failed in their life and yet they still stood up.
Think of things that will make you happy instead of dwelling on the negative.
